Jefferson Cruz Jr. was born in Manila, Philippines and migrated to the United States with his family in 2000. Growing up in Somerville Massachusetts, he quickly fell in love with the Hip-Hop culture and the power of street wear brands. In 2013, Jefferson began to manage local artists under his local music label. Shortly after things went sour, Jefferson found himself in a dark place. There he overcame his demons and built Rule The World with his team of loyal friends.
